1) Do you have the track selected in your session?
2) Did you use internal GPS or external GPS? If you're using the external GPS, did you remember to configure it again on the Pro version? If not you might have used the internal GPS by mistake.
3) Where did you install the GPS (or phone if using internal GPS)? Make sure the device has clear view to sky! Never have the GPS in your pocket or let's say passenger seat.
4) If you open the Session > Route, and move the graph towards the Start/Finish line. What do you see? Do the trajectories go through the Start/Finish trap, or around it? If the GPS reception is _very_ bad, it's quite common for the trajectories to go around Start/Finish line, therefore resulting 0 laps.
If you cannot figure out what went wrong, you can always share the session to tracks(at)racechrono.com and I'll check what went wrong.
