Qstarz 818XT - 5hz or 10hz

Hi guys, so I've seen a lot of discussion about which is the best setting to use on a Qstarz 818XT, 5hz or 10 hz.
What is the latest recommendation?
I'm using a Samsung S3 with Android version 4.3.

Keep it at 5 Hz so you'll have DGPS on it. The 10 Hz option sounds nice, but it can be more inaccurate due to missing DGPS support.
