exporting data to a mac

How do I export data from my N95 8g to my mac? I managed to export it on the phone, it says export successful, but where does it go? I'm a bit of a luddite, so would you be kind enough to give me a step by step walk through? Not sure what file to export it as either, I'm guessing .csv? Do I bluetooth it to the mac? I'm really in the dark here, your help would be appreciated, thanks.

    The export feature just creates a file under \RaceChrono\Export folder on your selected storage (usually memory card). Then copy that file to the mac somehow. Bluetooth, USB or plugging in the memory card to your mac.
