Hi, first let me say THANKS to aol for putting out this great app. I've been on board since the first preview.
We want to use racechrono in a 24-hour race car (ChumpCar, see our facebook page at
https://www.facebook.com/simonsaysracing). We did a test at the last 24 hour event and found that more often than not, we failed to "start" each 2-hour session. The sessions appeared to end successfully when the car stopped for a pit stop. We loved the ability to see current and previous laps, and to do video overlay post-event.
I'm wondering if there is some way to add a feature "auto start" a session once the car gets moving past some speed, or goes past the S/F line.
Maybe this exists or has already been asked for, but I haven't seen any mention of it.
Any hope of getting it in? I have a $20 to donate for the effort!
Thanks -
Mike Whitney

I'm thinking that it could pause/resume automatically data logging when once started. It would still keep connected to the Bluetooth GPS etc, but just would not save the data when stopped.
