I do not know the answer, but here's couple of hints. The custom OBD-II PIDs are proprietary to the manufacturer, and many times even specific to the car model. Best place to find the details is usually a brand specific internet forum.
Sometimes googling for "Torque app" along with your car model can bring up the PID details. Notice the equations are not directly exchangeable with that app, but the PID number is still the same, and the RaceChrono equation can be worked out.
