I submitted data (via the app) on 18 Jan 2026 for the Full and West circuit configurations. These are the two configurations offered in the Assetto Corsa files provided by the track web site.
Since I didn't want to wait until the track event to collect data, I wrote some quick and dirty software to collect the Assetto Corsa telemetry, translate their virtual location data into real lat-lon, and then output a VBO log that I could import into RaceChrono Pro. The results overlaid well with the RaceChrono "satellite" view.
However, the app only shows "Nearby" tracks (I'm not nearby the track in question) and https://my.racechrono.com/tracks hasn't shown any USA updates since 2022. So, is there a way to know if my uploaded data is being incorporated?

Hi, the track library are for real world data, we cannot just assume Assetto Corsa data would match 1:1 real world.

If the data had not overlapped the map, I would not have submitted it. If I had not told you how I obtained the data, you would have been none the wiser. I only mentioned it because I thought it was a novel solution to the problem.

Racebox already has the track data; I'll use their solution instead.

Yes, you're right, if it matches the satellite imagery then it's good enough.

I just stated my policy about simulator data, so other people would not trust that it's 1:1 correct. Sorry it came out blunt like that.

There's probably also other submissions of G2. I should review them all and accept the best ones.

@soulpear I've added G2 now. Ended up using the ones you submitted, as they were the ones that required the least amount of editing. Little embarrassing to me I guess. Thank you and sorry 🙂
