Logging frequency - how to reduce?

Hi,
I’m logging the CAN bus data with OBDLink CX from BMW E46 OEM ECU. Everything is working fine.

I’m logging couple signals with frequency of approx 150 Hz. The car is used for endurance racing so this would result in quite large files.

The car ECU is OEM and I can’t reduce the frequency on this side.

Is there a way how to reduce the CAN bus logging frequency in Racechrono?

Nope. Never had this problem. If you put it to good use you'll end up with 10 channels with 15 Hz 🙂 Each update takes 16 bytes. So 200 MB on a 24 hours race. Not too bad in my opinion.
