Unable to add files from HERO 12 Black

I've finally got my HERO 12 Black to pair and start with RaceChrono Pro, but when a session is finished I am unable to add recorded files from the GoPro. It just spins saying "Connecting..." and then fails, even when the camera is sitting right next to it and turned on. Resetting connections on the camera has no effect, neither does unpairing and repairing the camera. One of the main reasons I went with RC Pro was the ability to link my existing GoPro with my telemetry and generate overlays, vs buying something like a SmartyCam.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Make sure you have paired the camera using the GoPro's Quik app. Which phone are you using it with? GoPro 12 is the only camera we don't have, but we can test the others with similar phone to yours.

To workaround the issue, you could use a memory card reader connected directly to your phone.
