The Notification LED should blink or glow when you are on your best lap. From my experience, RaceChrono is working perfectly, and blinks can cause distraction and heavy consequences. Various blinks can distract drivers from the road, so I don't think that this is a really comfortable feature. In my opinion, during the races, stadiums can bring the led strip lights at the end of the lap so they can signal to drivers when the lap is finished.
