Datalogging with OBDLinkLX and Triumph help

I am trying to get live data logging from the triumph 675r using the OBDLX Bluetooth dongle. When I add the device, it seems to connect fine. But whenever I record, it doesn't log any data and both the fast and slow channels section is empty.

When I go back to settings and add some channels to each, it appears to save and you can go back and check it is saved and the options you selected are still listed. But as soon as you click record, nothing is logged and the fields are blank again.

Am I doing something wrong or does anyone have any advice for datalogging on a 2014 675r?

Unfortunately there's an access control on some Triumphs. I think only apps specific to Triumph can access the "OBD-II" on those bikes. If this applies to your bike or not, I'm not sure, but it's possible.

I am able to access the data on the tuneecu Android app. Would you figure that if I can access it on TUNEECU, I should be able to get it in Racechrono as well?

@Th75 I think that's one of the few apps that have cracked the Triumph's authentication. I suggest trying Torque app for example. If it works there, then RaceChrono should be possible made work too.
