Racechrono with Bosch DDU 7 or 10

I am not the most tech savvy person but have managed to push through learning about can data on my 790 Duke. I am working on my sons 2016 Yamaha R3 he races (race only bike). I am installing a Bosch DDU7 to log data for tuning and display. I have 2 questions, 1. How can I convert data from K-line (or OBDII which I have no understanding) to can data and 2. Can I use racechrono with the DDU7 which has all the data I want if I get the K-line converted to overlay with video recorded from go pro. I have looked through forum for relative articles and see many close but maybe someone can more directly set me in the right direction.
