Reference lap from another android

How can I add a reference lap from file exported from another android?
Cannot add it to Racechrono sessions folder because Android 11 won't let me.
If I go to Racechrono Pro app and try to add reference lap from reference, it just say "Available from My Racechrono" and "Not connected to internet"
