I'm running a classic car with no CAN / ECU and only analog sensors/dials. I'd like to monitor a couple of temperature probes (gearbox casing, water radiator surface temp, ..) and integrate the data with my racechrono exports and videos.
Does anyone know of a ready available temp probe connected to a bluetooth module operated on battery that would be compatbile with Racechrono ? BBQ temperature sensors solution are somehow a solution but not really integrated with Racechrono (not yet ?)

Are you willing to DIY something? If so you can use an ESP32 with a temperature probe and program it up as a Racechrono diy ble device and then have it send the data over to the app that way.
The only hardware you need is 1x ESP32 and 1x temp sensor (or 4 depending on what you are wanting to do) and then the rest of it is all software
