Request: Pitstop view

Is it possible with the current track layouts to detect when the car is in pits? Would it be possible for Racechrono to automaticly start timing the pitstop and display other configurable variables on the screen rather than just the time display? When you get back to the track, the normal view comes back.

For example, you could display temperatures and other obd data, current speed (maybe configurable pit speed limit warning) and other stuff.

I know you can change the view manually, but during a race I rather concentrate on other things

Sounds like a very good idea. I could show something when the vehicle slows down (like < 20kph). Problem that I need to think about is exactly what to show and how would user configure this...
