Any .CSV editor?

Hi, I want to use the .CSV for a program but this need .CSV like...

9.583697,47.779887,487
9.583845,47.779763,484
9.583855,47.779753,485
9.583868,47.779742,485
...

So I want to edit a CSV exported by RaceChrono and delete all except latitude, longitude and altitude, becouse the program can't open these CSV. Any know a utility to do this?
