Problem with Video Overlay Export

Hi,
I try to export an 3,5 GB .mp4 video with overlay of speed, acc and map on an external SD with 35 GB or internal with 8 GB free space but it doesn't export with error "not enough space". What am I doing wrong?

    Did you select external storage before pressing start button on the export queue? The exported video might be a lot bigger than the source (depends on the quality setting). Might be 8 GB is not enough. 35 GB should be.

    Problem solved. The video codec didn't work for exporting (no problems with viewing)...With a well converted video everything works fine.

    Great to hear you got it sorted. Which video source and codec did you use for the raw video? Can you provide me example of the "non-working" video file (dropbox or google drive url)? I'd like to fix the error message that is obviously wrong...
