Internal error in "Upgrade screen" (was: App in trouble)

When I go to improve racechrono, to activate the option pack, I have a message box with internal error.
I have already meet this trouble but I don't know how.
My tablet crash, so I reinstal it. I try to apply few the few action I remember when I have made fix it the first time, but it isn't enough.
Does someon have an idea ?

    Does your Play Store function properly? Are you able to purchase apps, or atleast what happens when you click Buy on a paid app? (No need to follow through with purchase)

    On the store, when I click on the price of the ap I have the windows with buy button

    BTW you emailed me about this last time this happened. It's something to do with your rooted device and software on it. I forwarded your email back to you, maybe it will help you remember what you did to fix it.
