GPS positioning on track bike

in RaceChrono for Android
Wondering if I can mount my gps in my tail section? It would be tucked safely under the plastic tail section but not open to air???

    You can try that. If it's only plastic and not too thick it's probably good enough.

    I mount mine on my front fairing stay. It works quite well there. It sits just below the dash, and it is easy to turn on and off.
