Video resolution Gigabyte Gsmart

Hello.
In video recording I see 640x480 resolution only (phone has HD camera). There is no chance to change it. It seems it is limited by front camera resolution, even main camera is selected...
Do you have any suggestion?

    I think the phone does not implement the Android Camera API correctly for some reason. I think the phone is only reporting the 480p resolution through this API. The build-in camera app probably uses some proprietary way to detect supported resolutions, or they are hardcoded.
