Two Bluetooth inputs on Samsung S10

I am running a Garmin Glo 2 currently with Racechrono on my S10. I would like to add OBD data. Can the S10 connect by Bluetooth to both items? Is there a way to connect one by wire and the other by Bluetooth? What is a good way to do this?

    Yes it can, every phone should be able to do at least 7 simultaneous connections. RaceChrono does not support wired connections at the moment.
