Add Vmin and Vmax data channels to be able to put them on the display while on track?

I got reminded about this article:

And realized I'd also like to be able to quickly glance at what GPS speed was the min in the corner I just passed, and max on the previous straight.

I presume this should be fairly easy to do?

    Ahhh, interesting! So you can glance after the corner for your Vmin, would be very nice 👍

    Looking at my friends video where he manually captured the screen of RaceChrono with speed traps and manually composed it to a single video. That reminded me how awesome it would be to get speed trap functionality in RaceChrono overlays. :)
