I was reviewing my recent onboard and noticed that sometimes speed delta is displayed as +0 with green background,
or -0 with red background. Given that GPS speed isn't super precise to begin with, perhaps when the absolute speed
delta is <1, it should just be displayed as 0 with gray background?
