ACK bit for OBDlink

Hello, i was wondering if its possible for when using the canbus mode of the OBDlink to turn on the ACK bit settings. Ive seen the settings "STCMM mode" But is their a way to turn it on?

    is it possible to set STCMM to 2. Tried adding it to the initialization under the obd2 in the vehicle canbus mode. but does not seem to work
