Exporting from v5.1.5 to CSV v3

Hi, I'm running RaceChrono Pro v5.1.5 and need to export to format CSV v3 for import into MyRaceLab.com
The issue I have is that v5.1.5 only supports exporting to .vbo, .nmea, RaceChrono2AVI (.csv), RaceRender/DashWare(.csv) or RaceChrono v2.40+ (.rcz)

Anyone have any thoughts on how to convert one of those formats to CSV v3?
