I have Racechrono Pro on my GalaxyS5. Wish o transfer it to my Galaxy Note Tab A Tablet. Do not seem to be able to download RaceChrono Pro without purchase. Please help
1) Make sure you have same Google account on your phone, as your old phone. The purchases are tied to the Google account that is used with Play Store.
2) Check your purchase from http://wallet.google.com . If you purchased the RaceChrono Pro app you should be able to install that. If you purchased the "Pro upgrade" in-app-purchase for RaceChrono app, you need to install RaceChrono (not Pro), and you will automatically get the upgrade for that. The two apps are identical after the upgrade.
3) If you're still unable to install/upgrade to Pro, please send me the Transaction ID from http://wallet.google.com, email it to play-store-support(at)racechrono.com and I will check if it's still valid.
PS. You can use RaceChrono Pro on your phone and on your tablet with only one purchase!
