Streaming live data to server

Hello, I'd like to stream live data to my server during the race.
Is it possible to set up a stream channel or use internal RC API to grab it?
Or setup second bluetooth device to receive such data, e.g. second smartphone/raspberry.

We have the Monitor API for Bluetooth LE:
https://github.com/aollin/racechrono-ble-diy-device
But no cloud APIs currently...
