Export video FPS weird

When I use software to export video ，the video fps is 66.67fps，but the original video is correct 60fps.I tried on iphone se with ios 15.7.9 and iphone 14pm with ios 17.0.3，there are same issue，would u please check this？I captue the video from iphone camera.
