CSV Data as real Lat/Long?

Hi folks,

can anyone tell me what this is as original Lat/Longitude Date?

Latitude (deg) Longitude (deg)
514.759.708 68.138.948

Comes from the exported csv, first row (=start). Need this in order to synchronize with my onboard cam..
