Screen visibility on pocketpc

Hi, everybody, I've just bought a Asus 636N only to use it with racechrono.

I've only one big problem; in a sunny day, reading the information on the display could be very difficult. Has anyone overcome this problem?

The only thing you can do is look at getting a external screen with higher output or protect your display from sunlight with a hood.

I use a Mimo display with fairly high output and while it is hookup in my car under a roof, it does see some direct sunlight and works well for laptimer view.

Do you have permanent power to the pocketpc while driving? That will sometimes turn up the backlight. Check if it is set to max.
It works fine on my Dell Axim51v PDA even on bright days.
