please help based on windows moblie,my racechrono isnt working well

hi im a user of racechrono from Korea. :)
my mobile is HTC-HD2 which based on windows mobile professional and I'm trying to use racechrone with GPS bluetooth(10hz). then i heard i have to do something with Widcomm bluetooth stack, but idk how to modify widcomm bluetooth stack for my htc-hd2!!

also after searching on this forum, I already tried to use Q818XT(Qstarz) for this but still it does not work well. please let me know if someone knows how I make it.
