Problem with Download Tracks on RC 1.43

Hallo,

I´ve many Problems on my HD2 with downloading Tracks.
If i go to Track Profiles or New Session>Track and press "download new"
coms the Error Warning:

Cannot create Session. Error:
-2147467259

I´ve complete reinstall my HD2, only NetFramework 3.5 installed.

Please Help............THX

    Is your data connection working? With Web Browser for example?

    The data connection works, I downloaded via the web browser Race Chrono 1:43 cab.
    (Opera9, normal Link, not the /mobile/)

    What can it be?

    I once turned on wifi,
    .... now works the download of the tracks.
